Nurturing Nature
Born this way,
then taught to prey.

Yet we wish we were here,
Just to play
Last year an engineer from Google was fired after releasing a memo to fellow employees about what he called an “Ideological Echo Chamber” (Elizabeth Chuck 2018). During his manifesto he claimed that Google unfairly promoted minority groups to the expense of white men. This was done to boost diversity and took into no account the “biological differences” that face men an women.

With all debates ending in this one simple question, it begs to why, why haven't we solved it?
Well there have been many studies, one quite notable has been turned into a documentary ‘Three Identical Strangers’.
The documentary, 100% based on real life follows three boys becoming men, separated from each other at an early age. Despite their different nurtures they all eventually find each other and discover startling similarities between their work, partners and lifestyles. This film along with similar other set a great case for ‘Born This Way’.
1 point to nature.
Despite the seemingly obvious note that nature trumps all, like all sciences they have been quickly converted into military applications. Forever the military has been attempting to engineer the BEST men. Along with business a phrase was born, “you’re the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with” (Aimee Groth 2012. If that is with strong brave, soldiers, you are more inclined to charge into battle with them, and in business, billionaires breed billionaires, no regard to nature.
1 point to nurture.
So, we as a society still can't decide. In general, people say it’s some of this, some of that.
But until, if ever we find an answer to the question, no debate will be easy.
